One of my favorite days was the day we got off the beaten path and headed up HWY 1 for some beach time. We went to lunch at Duke’s and it was great and then we headed to Zuma beach. It was just one of those days that was just awesome. Although it was cold, the boys played and played in the water. We even had dolphins jumpling and playing about 20 feet away from us! The waves were huge and it was just amazing to be there. We found tons of amazing shells and stayed way longer than we had planned to stay. I will always remember this day. We hit a local Mexican food spot in Malibu for dinner and had some interesting “star” sightings. It was a hole in the wall and honestly it was not very good but it must be a place where the celebs can go and not be bothered. 😉 It was just a really wonderful day!
